About the Agency: I've been with State Farm for 10 years and just celebrated my 5th anniversary as an agent on December 7th! I'm proud to lead a team of four amazing women who bring diverse backgrounds to our office, including banking, teaching, auto sales, respiratory therapy, and even a YouTube influencer with over 100K followers.

Responsibilities: - Forge enduring customer relationships and proactively follow up to ensure continued satisfaction.
- Employ a customer-centric, needs-based approach to guide clients through comprehensive insurance options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Drive business growth by generating leads, coordinating appointments, and effectively marketing tailored products and services to meet diverse customer needs.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
