We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Microix and all components.
• Review and analyze Revenue/Expenses for anomalies and trends
• Prepare accounting paperwork and reports assuring proper approvals and coding using the automated Microix system. Ensure recovery support team has copies of expenditures as they relate to grant management.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and check requests in Microix for purchases and payments to ensure payments are on time.
• Monitors financial detail reports to ensure expenditures match the budget. Review of financial report of variances.
• Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
• Perform all other office tasks
• Weekend and evening shifts may be required; on-call responsibilities required

​ Qualifications:

• Experience with MS Office and Microix
• Must be in compliance with DOH ethical standards and not under investigation
• Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
• Experience in data entry
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
