Overview

Duties

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Maintain organized records of all accounts payable.
• Assist in the preparation of tax-related documents as needed.
• Utilize financial software to track payments, manage accounts, and generate reports.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to accounts payable processes.
