Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Anesthesia Pain Specialist to join our team in Bakersfield, CA. This independent 1099 position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional pain management services in a supportive environment. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' pain conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Administer anesthesia and pain management procedures
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements:

MD or DO degree with specialization in Anesthesia or Pain Management
Valid California medical license
Board certification in Pain Management preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient population
