We’re expanding our contact center team in Savage, MD and are looking for Appointment
Setters to help connect homeowners with our top-rated products and services.
What You’ll Do: • Make outbound calls to warm leads and past customers
• Set appointments for free in-home consultations
• Represent our brand with professionalism and a positive attitude
What We Offer: • $18/hour base pay + performance bonuses
• Bi-weekly pay with full-time, consistent hours

Who We’re Looking For: • Strong communication skills and high energy
• Previous sales experience in telemarketing or retail
• Previous experience handling a high volume of outbound calls is a plus
• Reliable, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team setting
• Open to working 2 weekends per month
