What You'll Do as an Apprentice Carpenter:

• Perform Carpentry Work: Assist with framing, installation, finishing, and all aspects of carpentry on residential projects.
• Read Blueprints & Plans: Gain hands-on experience in interpreting construction drawings and accurately executing them.
• Ensure Quality: Help maintain high standards for craftsmanship, ensuring each project is completed with precision and attention to detail.
• Work on-site: Contribute to day-to-day operations on the job site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Safety & Organization: Adhere to safety regulations and help maintain a clean and organized job site.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-On Experience: Some experience in carpentry or construction is required, but a strong work ethic and eagerness to contribute are just as important.
• Team-Oriented: Ability to work well with others, contributing positively to the team dynamic.
• Detail-Oriented: A focus on quality and precision in every task.
