• About the Opportunity: McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC is seeking a talented and motivated associate attorney to join its project development group focusing on redevelopment and development projects and issues that range from contract negotiation, land use and municipal governance to state and federal tax incentives and complex structured financing. Candidates should have 1-4 years of experience and be admitted to practice in New Jersey. Must have excellent drafting skills, outstanding analytical ability and exceptional academic background.
