Associate Attorney
New Jersey - Statewide Practice Family Law Firm seeks Associate Attorney. Clerkship experience in family law preferred. Must be detailed oriented, organized, and be able to work in a team setting. Ability to meet a billable weekly requirement is necessary. Benefits based on full time or part time employment.
Hiring bonus available.
Responsibilities Include:
Preparing memos, pleadings, motions, etc.
Preparing for depositions and trials.
Independent court appearances on select FD and DV matters and Motions.
Case management.
Networking and event attendance and planning.
Must have courtroom experience as well as proven negotiating skills.
Facility with Zoom and Microsoft teams including presenting evidence remotely.

Schedule:
Work as needed to complete tasks and meet billing requirements. Must be able to travel to different counties in New Jersey for appearances and different law offices.
Hybrid schedule or remote work schedule available
Part-time 10-20 billable hours
