I am seeking a motivated Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Attorney with 1-4 years of experience to join a collegial team-centric dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications for the Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Attorney:

* Represent clients in bankruptcy, foreclosure, and eviction proceedings .
* Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and court documents.
* Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
* Negotiate settlements and advocate in court.
* Collaborate with support staff and partner attorneys.
* Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
* Licensed to practice law in TX
* Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
* High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
