Salary: $85,000 - $135,000 per year

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced BIM Engineer with VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong Revit skills and a background in the construction industry.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain BIM models for construction projects using Revit software
Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate BIM models
Produce construction drawings and documentation from BIM models
Perform clash detection and coordination with other disciplines
Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM processes and software
Utilize VDC techniques to optimize project planning, coordination, and execution
Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software
Experience with VDC tools such as Navisworks, Solibri, or Synchro
Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) or Building Information Modeling (BIM) are a plus
