Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with exceptional technical writing skills to support a Randstad client in Washington, D.C. This role focuses on creating and writing content for an internal cybersecurity portal, requiring someone who can effectively communicate complex technical information to both business and technical audiences. The ideal candidate must have at least three years of experience as a SharePoint user, with a demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and impactful content. Some experience with UI and graphic design is helpful for this role. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the candidate expected to have alevel of proficiency in both areas. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to define and document business cases, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
• Write and create high-quality content for an internal cybersecurity portal.
• Use SharePoint as a content management tool for document organization and collaboration.
• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interface materials for educational purposes (some UI/graphic design experience preferred).
• Communicate technical and business information clearly and effectively, ensuring that all written materials meet the highest standards of clarity and accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Visio, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.
• (Optional) Apply experience from transportation operations and the travel/airline industry.
