We're seeking a passionate Copywriter to craft captivating narratives that resonate with customers, drive business objectives, and keep creative on the cutting edge. This is your chance to make a tangible impact within a dynamic, growth-oriented team.Responsibilities:Engage and inspire customers using conversational language that reflects how real people speak.Develop end-to-end content, including concept decks, online video scripts, organic social content, CRM, site assets, and in-store messaging.Collaborate seamlessly with Design and other team members to devise creative solutions that meet business goals.Translate strategic marketing initiatives into informative, concise, and compelling copy solutions.Ensure all copy is error-free, participating in quality assurance (QA) phases of projects to help ensure all final copy has been correctly implemented online.Adhere and contribute to the evolution of the brand tone of voice and copy style guide.Attend and engage in project kick-off and follow-up meetings by asking proactive questions, seeking clarity, pushing on the brief, and anticipating required information to compose effective copy.Qualifications:BA in Journalism, Creative Writing, Advertising, or a related field.5+ years of copywriting experience.Exceptional organizational, proofreading, and attention to detail skills.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and connect with partners.Proven ability to work autonomously and self-manage, as well as collaborate closely.Background working within a fashion, lifestyle, and/or beauty brand. In-house agency is preferred but also open to agency experience.Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.Creative Disruption: We have a thrilling job to be done: making brands relevant to every American consumer.
