Job Title: Carpenter's Apprentice

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Carpenter's Apprentice to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our remodeling projects by providing job-specific assistance and logistical support. In addition to material handling and site preparation, the Carpenter's Apprentice will have the opportunity to develop carpentry skills through on-the-job learning and mentorship.
Responsibilities:

Dedicated Team Support : Assist a specific carpenter team with material transportation, site cleanouts, and other logistical tasks.

Material Handling : Safely operate the company box truck to transport materials and client selections to and from job sites. Ensure all items are loaded, unloaded, and secured properly.

Site Preparation and Clean Up : Maintain organized and safe job sites by performing regular cleanouts and preparing work areas for carpenters.

Carpentry Assistance : Actively assist carpenters on-site, gaining hands-on experience in carpentry tasks and tools under their guidance.

Truck Maintenanc e: Keep the box truck clean and organized, performing routine inspections and reporting maintenance needs.

Communication : Collaborate closely with the assigned team and project managers to ensure timely deliveries, site readiness, and smooth project workflows.

Customer Interaction : Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and vendors.
Requirements:
- Valid Florida Drivers License with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles, preferably in a construction or remodeling environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to commercial driving.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the carpentry trade.
- Reliable, punctual, and strong team player with excellent communication skills.
