Company Driver Offerings & Benefits:

• Local drivers abg $32 hourly straight time
  • Local drivers earn $.56CPM for all miles outside 200 mile radius
• Regional drivers avg $1,200-$2,000 weekly
  • Regional drivers earn $.56 per mile for all miles
• 0-4 nights out

Owner Operator Offerings & Benefits:

• Regional drivers avg $4,000-$8,000 weekly
• 0-4 nights out
• Company-provided fuel card, which utilizes company discounts at most fuel locations
• Base plate program available
• Free monthly equipment inspections and DOT annual inspections
• Discounted shop rate at terminals with shops
• Reimbursement program for Hazmat Endorsement
• There are no charges or fees for the required escrow account
• Advance pay for obtaining a TWIC card
• Border crossing pay for trips to Canada (volunteers only)
• Referral bonus pay
• Payroll paid weekly - direct deposit
• Reimbursement for Passport
• Bobtail, liability, and workers' compensation insurance are available at a discounted rate

Requirements:

• CDL-A
• Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements Needed
• Pump and Compressor required
• 12 months recent and verifiable tractor/trailer experience
• Owner Operators must have a tractor that is 2004 or newer
