Overview:
Carle Health is seeking additional CRNAs to join our team of over 60 CRNAs at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.
Opportunity Details:
Join an autonomous and team-centered department of over 60 CRNAs that perform over 19,500 cases annually at an established research and teaching hospital
Level I trauma center
Hiring for four ten-hour shifts per week, no in-house call
SECOND call schedule will be 2-3 weekends per year, 1 holiday/year, and once every 3 weeks for weekdays to allow for excellent work-life balance
Opportunity to pick up shifts for additional earning potential
Three subgroups of CRNAs cover OB, Pediatric, and Heart cases
Perform all surgical services except for transplants and burns
CRNAs are very autonomously while still collaborating with anesthesiologists

Education Requirements:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois CRNA license

Provider Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $288,205 - $312,208. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
