Friendship is seeking a Full Time Clinical Coordinator, RN or LPN to join our Richfield team, located in Salem, VA. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for providing quality, resident centered care for all of our residents by working collaboratively with leaders, team members, residents and their family members.
Full Time RN Sign On Bonus - $10,000 paid out equally over 40 pay periods
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Actively contribute to the growth, development and direction of a healthy household climate
• Monitor work, systems and processes and act to ensure standards of are met/exceeded
• Review 24-hour report and make daily rounds, ensures all resident records are up-to-date, attend and lead meetings for household unit and completes audits as needed
• Ensure staffing is adequate to meet the needs of the household
• Accurately assess problems and effectively arrive at excellent solutions
• Provide coaching & leadership to all staff assigned to household
• Collaboratively develops high levels of quality and productivity through planned actions to enhance team members’ competence and confident
Qualifications:
• Unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia required
• Ability to work flexible schedule with an on call requirement
• BLS required/ACLS preferred
• 4-6 years’ nursing experience and supervisory experience, preferred
• Experience with person centered care model preferred
• Exceptional customer service, leadership and management skills
• Knowledgeable of laws, regulations and guidelines as they relate to long-term care
• This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day. The employee must frequently lift or move objects weighing over 50 pounds
