As a Loan Officer at Innovative Capital, you’ll be a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through complex commercial financing options. You’ll leverage in-house capital, a proprietary underwriting process, and a deep lender network to deliver fast, flexible, and effective loan solutions.

Production Expectations:

· Minimum annual loan origination volume: $25,000,000

· Must be capable of managing and funding $50,000,000+ in new loan originations annually

· Private Capital Bridge Loans

· Bank & Non-Bank Commercial Real Estate Loans

· C&I Lending

· Asset-Based Lending (ABL)

· Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Financing

· CMBS, Agency, and Life Co. Loans

· Source, originate, and manage commercial loan requests across multiple asset types and

industries.

· Advise clients on optimal capital strategies using both private and institutional funding options.

· Prepare comprehensive loan packages and coordinate with underwriting and operations.

· Build and maintain referral networks with real estate, legal, and financial professionals.

· Maintain strong post-close client relationships.

· Dual broker-lender model with access to both private capital and 1,000+ lenders

· High-quality marketing, warm leads, and back-office support

· Quick closings with a streamlined loan process (7–10 days)

· Nationwide client reach with market emphasis in CA, TX, AZ, and more

· Entrepreneurial culture with mentorship and growth paths into leadership or fund management

· 2+ years in commercial lending, real estate finance, or related field

· Demonstrated success with commercial loan origination and client relationship management

· Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

· Self-driven and organized with an entrepreneurial mindset

· NMLS or CA DRE license preferred (not required at start)
