We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to delve deep into the world of commercial real estate, providing key support to our attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of property law, real estate transactions, and title searches. Your role will involve preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and maintaining client relations. This position requires excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence, closing, and post-closing activities.
2. Prepare and review legal documents such as purchase agreements, leases, deeds, and contracts.
3. Conduct title searches, review title reports, and coordinate title corrections.
4. Assist in the preparation of closing documents and ensure all are in order.
5. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support attorneys and keep them informed of recent developments in real estate law.
6. Maintain excellent client relations, acting as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and other parties.
7. Manage and organize files, documents, and transaction materials efficiently.
8. Draft legal documents and correspondence with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
9. Coordinate and assist in the management of various projects and deadlines.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of real estate law and commercial real estate transactions.
3. Proficiency in title searches and review of legal documentation.
4. Exceptional ability to draft and prepare legal documents.
5. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Excellent client relation skills, with a proven ability to manage and maintain professional relationships.
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
8. Experience in legal research and the ability to stay current with developments in real estate law.
9. A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
11. Either Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate
