Community Support Worker

As a Community Support Worker, you will work one on one with individuals to support them through their journey to independence! If you've got experience as a Direct Support Professional, and ILS worker, or as a caregiver, we want to talk to you.
Community Support Workers provide services to individuals in an assisted living apartment setting. You'd be assisting individuals with activities of daily living, assisting with housekeeping, and medication administration. You'd also help promote independence and community inclusion with individuals by offering choices and fostering self-help skills.
Another exciting part of this job is monitoring and administering activity programming! You'd encourage, gather and/ or escort individuals to participate in scheduled activity programs, lead activity programs as assigned, and socialize with clients and incorporate new ideas and individual suggestions into programming.
Full time day shifts available at our Burnsville location - 8am-6pm (4 days per week)
Part time shifts available as well: 8am-6pm (3 days per week) or 12pm-10pm (3 days per week). Weekend availability a must!
In this position, you have the flexibility of working independently while also having the structure and support of a team.

Starting Salary : $18.50 hourly
Benefits: Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.
