\nProven experience managing crews and schedules
\nFamiliarity with construction documents and field technology
\nAbility to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors
\nEligibility to work in the U.S.
\nSupervising and coordinating all field activities and subcontractors
\nEnsuring safety protocols are followed at all times
\nManaging project schedules and resolving delays
\nCommunicating daily with project managers, crews, and vendors
\nOverseeing quality control and inspections
\nTracking materials, equipment, and manpower needs
\nDocumenting project progress and field reports
\nLeading site meetings and facilitating trade coordination
\nEnsuring compliance with plans, specs, and local codes
