As a Content Creator at Milkshake Concepts, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand’s voice & engaging with our community through innovative and industry-leading content. You will have the opportunity to showcase our unique dining experiences with a heavy emphasis on TikTok & other social media platforms.

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

Assist Social Media Manager in developing & executing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness & engagement across 9 brands Create, edit, and publish high-quality, visually captivating content across all social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Capture behind-the-scenes moments, customer interactions, and special events to highlight our vibrant restaurant culture. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand messaging & promotional campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends & tools, incorporating innovative ideas to keep our audience engaged. Assist Social Media Manager in monitoring social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

Proven experience in content creation, particularly for hospitality or restaurant industry. Extensive knowledge of all major social media platforms, with a strong passion and understanding of TikTok. Exceptional photography, videography, and editing skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas that resonate with our audience. Strong understanding of brand storytelling and audience engagement. Excellent communication & organization skills. A genuine passion for the hospitality and restaurant industries. Ability to work nights and weekends
