Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior executives in different regions to set strategic goals for operational efficiency, scalability and productivity growth across international markets.
• Responsible for providing company-wide Operation and business strategy implementation;
• Develop and approve strategies to meet business operation and talent needs;
• Make important decisions that affect the company's operational direction and its employees.
• Consolidate and coordinate the project implementation process and maintain the core resource relationship of the track;
• In charge of office operation, team establishment, personnel management and training.
• Oversee and optimize operations for international and cross-cultural business units, with a focus on managing teams in SEA markets.
• Navigate and resolve complex operational challenges in multicultural settings, ensuring alignment with local and international regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Substantial leadership experience within a comparable cross-industry environment required;
• A previous track record and demonstrable results of strategic planning, operations and commercial growth
• Bachelors degree or above, more than 10 years working experience, more than 3 years of operational work experience, compound background is preferred;
• Excellent project management ability and comprehensive analysis ability.
• Deep cultural awareness and strong understanding of business norms in SEA markets.
• Proven experience in managing operations and familiarity with business practices and cultural nuances in SEA markets.
• Proven ability to design and manage operational processed for maximum efficiency and productivity in a global context.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills.
