Rite Rug has been one of the top privately owned flooring companies for over 90 years! We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented Ohio Sales Manager to join our team. If you are looking for a company where you will be part of family, then Rite Rug is the place for you!

$65,000 to $85,000, salary based on experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for wholesale sales to professional contractors and liquidators.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Sell carpet and hard surface floor coverings to professional contractors and liquidators.


*Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Develop a thorough knowledge of all Rite Rug products
• Reach and exceed Company directed performance goals
• Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products
• Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in the flooring industry is a plus.
• Experience with the Builder industry is preferred.
• Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
• Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
• Be able to work independently and problem solve.
