Position: Customer Service Call Center Representatives
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Shifts: 1st and 2nd

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and care
• Assist customers with order placement, shipping updates, returns, and product inquiries
• Recommend complementary products
• Resolve concerns quickly and efficiently while maintaining brand standards
• Accurately document all customer interactions in internal CRM systems
• Maintain a strong understanding of brand values and products to represent the company accurately
• Ensure a seamless and satisfying customer journey across all communication channels

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
