We are a dynamic and growing proptech startup on a mission to streamline the real estate brokerage process through technological solutions. Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our company. We’ve built a fantastic team, put our product into production, and gearing up for substantial fundraising/scaling.

Description of role:

As a Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for accessing, acquiring, and administrating property-ownership data from counties across the United States. This includes researching a list of counties, finding available property records, and possibly dialoging with municipalities when necessary to obtain additional information.

Required skills*

Python, SQL, and Linux. (Nice to have: AWS, javascript/typescript, Golang, and React)

Accessing publicly-sourced data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Analytics, or related background
  • 3+ years of demonstrated ability as an analyst or engineer in the data/BI space
  • Experience with key commercial and residential real estate data assets such as ownership, listings, occupancy, spatial / geolocation, transactions, and other secondary data is appreciated.
  • Driven, self-starter capable of working independently with minimal guidance in a startup environment.
  • Hands-on experience with database administration and all aspects of data management including ingestion, modeling, warehousing, ETL, and quality assurance
  • Data analysis, visualization, and automation expert.
  • Expertise in Python, SQL, and Linux. Nice to have: AWS, javascript/typescript, Golang, and React.
  • Team player with superb communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
