The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our computer systems and databases. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and computer systems.
• Verify the accuracy of data before entry and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Compile and organize data from various sources for entry.
• Assist in generating reports and maintaining records as required.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing and document management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
