About the Role
The Company is seeking a Dean for its College of Business and Economics. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, visionary, and strategic leader, responsible for the overall management and advancement of the college. The Dean should possess exemplary communication skills, a consensus-building leadership style, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Experience in faculty and staff management, financial resource allocation, and a strong understanding of student recruitment and retention are also essential. The role demands an individual with an innovative and inclusive approach to program development, capable of leading the college in its mission to provide a preeminent and diverse educational experience.
