EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED FOR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER: - Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive store traffic, online traffic, engagement, and conversion across various digital platforms (e.g., website, social media, email, SEO, SEM).
- Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to, social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and display advertising.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Assist and work with others in marketing to develop content and distribution strategies across digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure our strategies remain competitive and innovative.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and projects.
- Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER: - Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- 5-10 years of proven experience in a digital marketing or related role
- Strong knowledge of all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Experience with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.)
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for digital innovation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic typing; ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers;
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Positive attitude when working with customers
- Knowledge of employment and safety procedures
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or 1 chargeable accident within the past three years; knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures.
