Description A growing technology services company is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This is a remote role that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in WordPress, CRM systems, and digital advertising to drive brand awareness and optimize marketing strategies. Responsibilities: Design and manage landing pages using WordPress, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal. Perform regular website updates and administrative tasks through WordPress and partner portals. Integrate WordPress with CRM systems such as Zoho to streamline operations and enhance user experience. Develop and execute digital advertisements tailored to campaign goals. Manage search engine marketing efforts and oversee performance tracking using tools like Google Ads and Facebook Insights. Create visually engaging graphics and user experiences for landing pages and campaigns, incorporating feedback from marketing communications teams. Coordinate media placements, ensuring ads meet specifications and align with creative design. Conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns and improve conversion rates. Monitor analytics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. Proficiency in WordPress for website management and content creation. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics. Familiarity with digital advertising tools, including Google Ads and Facebook Insights. Basic graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Understanding of media placement processes, ad specifications, and content development. Background in public safety, technology, B2B, or B2G industries is preferred. Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and drive strategic improvements. This is a flexible role for an approximately two month contract, working 20 to 30 hours per week. However, candidates who are looking for 40 hours per week may also be considered. This can be fully remote with the option to work from the Redmond, WA office occasionally if desired. PST time zone or something close to that is preferred. Innovation starts with people.
