Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Campaigns: Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling, SEO-friendly blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media content.
  • Email Campaigns: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, from segmenting audiences to analyzing performance.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Research digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure strategies stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the creative, sales, and product teams to align digital strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Digital Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools (e.g., SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Creative & Analytical Skills: Strong creativity paired with data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create compelling content for various digital platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with a strong focus on quality.
