A top-performing Southern California hospital is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Rehab Therapy to lead our expanding team. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape and grow a thriving therapy program in a CARF-regulated environment.

Position Overview: As the Director of Rehab Therapy, you'll oversee a team of 60 therapists across inpatient and outpatient settings, working directly with our accomplished Administrator of Rehab Therapy. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and driving continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a team of 60 therapists (30 inpatient, 30 outpatient)
Manage two supervisors (one for inpatient, one for outpatient)
Ensure compliance with CARF regulations
Maintain and improve upon our award-winning therapy services
Drive quality improvement and service excellence initiatives

Requirements:

Licensed PT, OT, or Speech Therapist
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, preferably managing a team of 30+
Strong understanding of CARF regulations
Experience in acute rehab settings (preferred)
