Job Description
We're seeking a driven recruiter to source candidates, run entry-level interviews, and hand off qualified talent to a Senior Recruiter. You'll own top-of-funnel outreach and screening, keep the CRM spotless, and help us hit aggressive hiring goals. This role includes clear career growth (Senior Recruiter / Talent Advisor / Agency Ops).

ResponsibilitiesSource & Outreach: Proactively identify candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals; execute high-volume phone/email/text outreach.
Screening: Conduct structured 15-20 minute phone/video screens; assess skills, motivation, timeline, and licensing status.
Handoff: Present qualified candidates to the Senior Recruiter with concise notes, scorecards, and next-step recommendations.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, real-time statuses in the CRM; ensure no-lead-left-behind.
Scheduling: Coordinate interviews; manage confirmations, reminders, and day-of logistics to maximize show rate.
Reporting: Track daily/weekly KPIs (screens, qualified submissions, show rate, hires supported) and share updates in pipeline reviews.
Candidate Experience: Deliver prompt, professional communication and close the loop with all candidates.
Process Improvement: Share market feedback; help refine sourcing messages, screening rubrics, and workflows.
RequirementsMust-Haves
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and a fast, metrics-driven environment.
Strong communication (concise screening, clean written notes, professional tone).
Organized, coachable, and consistent; thrives with playbooks and feedback.
Licensing: Holds an Iowa Life & Health or Property & Casualty resident license or is willing to obtain within 60 days (training/exam support provided).
Onsite in Clive, IA (this is not a remote role).
Nice-to-Haves
1+ year in recruiting, talent sourcing, SDR/BDR, or call-center role with measurable outreach metrics.
Experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Insurance/financial services recruiting or sales background.
Calendar coordination at scale; template and script creation.
