In this role, you will specialize in meticulously evaluating the user experience of e-commerce websites and mobile apps, providing critical feedback to optimize the shopping journey, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Execute detailed usability testing scenarios focused on product Browse, cart management, checkout flows, and post-purchase experiences.
• Identify and document any friction points, confusing elements, or design flaws that hinder the e-commerce user journey.
• Provide actionable recommendations to design and development teams to improve website/app navigation, product presentation, and checkout efficiency.
• Ensure consistent and intuitive user experience across various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and browsers.
• Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports on e-commerce UX observations and suggested improvements.

Requirements:

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and user behavior.
• Comfort with working tools and familiarity with various online shopping platforms.
• Prior experience in UX review, usability testing, or QA for e-commerce is highly valued.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer and mobile device for testing.
• Strong analytical skills to identify user pain points and propose effective solutions.
