Our esteemed organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and executing electrical systems for a variety of restaurant construction projects. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a challenging and rewarding work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and the chance to work with a team of skilled professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop detailed electrical systems for restaurant construction projects using CAD software.
2. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that electrical designs are integrated seamlessly into overall project plans.
3. Conduct thorough analyses of electrical systems, including load calculations and energy consumption estimates.
4. Create and maintain all necessary documentation, including schematics, layouts, and diagrams.
5. Review and revise electrical designs to ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams during the implementation phase.
7. Perform regular inspections of completed electrical installations to ensure safety and functionality.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in electrical engineering and restaurant construction industry trends.
9. Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in the restaurant construction industry.
3. Proficiency in CAD drafting and electrical drafting.
4. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
5. Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
9. Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and delivering quality work.
10. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not mandatory.
