Job Description

EMTs will provide medical care to all employees and guests while maintaining a safe environment and projecting a positive professional image. EMTs will also abide by and enforce all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures established by the Six Flags Safety Department. EMTs will follow all laws of local, state, & federal government.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide basic life support to all employees and guests.
• Provide emergency transportation for all employees and guests as needed.
• Maintain all equipment and facilities of the Safety Department.
• Maintain and secure all medical records.
• Conduct “Safety Inspections” throughout the park(s) as directed.
• Other duties as deemed necessary by Six Flags Management.

What You Will Need

• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY .
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license at all times.
• Must be an active NJ, NY, PA or Nationally certified EMT with current certifications including CPR.
• Must be able to read and write legibly.
• Must have basic understanding of computer applications.
• Ability to maintain composure and operate independently to treat guest(s) or employee(s).
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 100 lbs.
• Must be able to carry a minimum of 75 lbs.
• Must be able to push/pull a minimum of 200 lbs.
• Must be willing to climb up to 100’.
• Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
