Job Responsibilities:
- Production process management （Scheduling )
- Bottling
- Material Ordering
- Inventory Management
- Manufacturing Cost Calculation and Data Input/Management by using Excel
- Plant Safety and Sanitation
- Supervision of plant staffs (including communication with temp agencies)
- Other tasks to support plant manager
- Please NOTE: The role is primarily based on the factory floor rather than in the office.
Requirements:
- Native/Business level of Japanese, Business level of English
- Communication skills
- Team leadership
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
- Sense of responsibility and communication skills for managing staff
- Must be interested in working in plant operation and management
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply as long as willing to learn
- Basic PC skills

Work Hours:
During training period: 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Mon - Fri
After training : 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Sun - Thu (Fridays and Saturdays: Off).
