Entry Level Air Import Agent
Location Dallas-Fort Worth, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $20-24/hour
• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Temp-to-Hire (W2)
ROLE IMPACT: Begin your career in international trade and logistics as an Air Import Agent, where you'll support key operations that bring global shipments into the U.S. This entry-level role is perfect for someone ready to learn quickly, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll be trained to handle critical steps in the import process while developing skills that fuel long-term growth in the logistics industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor international flight arrivals and coordinate cargo transfers to local warehouses
• Assist with customs clearance and documentation for incoming shipments
• Track shipments and update internal systems with status changes
• Communicate regularly with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Help process invoices and verify charges for accuracy
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Clear communication via phone and email
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven setting
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Freight tracking and billing systems (training provided)
• Email and team collaboration tools
PREFERRED SKILLS
• 1–2 years of logistics, import, or customer service experience
• Ability to adapt to change and stay proactive under pressure
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including some weekends
