We’re looking for an entry-level technician who’s ready to learn, grow, and take on both helpdesk and on-site technical responsibilities. If you enjoy solving problems, working with computers, and helping people, this is a great opportunity to build your IT career.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, remote session, and on-site visits
• Set up and troubleshoot Windows PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Assist with Microsoft 365 user setup, password resets, and email troubleshooting
• Deploy and configure network devices (routers, switches, access points, VoIP phones)
• Perform software installations, updates, and light hardware repairs
• Maintain documentation in the ticketing system (Atera RMM)
• Support senior technicians on larger client installations and network projects

Requirements:

• 1+ year of hands-on IT experience (or relevant coursework/IT training)
• Strong interest in computers, networking, and customer service
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and PC hardware
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (field visits around Las Vegas required)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. for equipment installs

Preferred (but not required):

• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
• Experience with Ubiquiti/UniFi devices
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or Azure Active Directory
