Employment Type:

• Full-time

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse patient panel, addressing acute, chronic, and wellness needs.
• Provide in-office and telehealth care to patients.
• Engage in continuous learning through weekly clinical rounds and additional educational opportunities.
• Collaborate actively with teammates and virtual clinical teams during daily huddles.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in or have recently completed an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or completed residency within the last year with plans to take the next available Board Exam.
• State licensed in California by your start date at One Medical.

This full-time position is based in one of our San Francisco / Bay Area offices . During the interview process, we will match you with a specific location based on your preferences and business requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary for this role is $308,700 per year for a full-time schedule. Pay may vary based on experience and patient care schedule. Additional compensation possible for exceeding qualifications. This position may also include performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits. We offer relocation assistance as needed.
