Position Overview:
We are seeking an Entry-Level HVAC Helper/Installer to join our installation team. This role is perfect for someone looking to start their career in the HVAC industry and gain hands-on experience. You will assist lead technicians in installing heating and cooling systems, learn proper safety and trade practices, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Assist with installation of residential HVAC systems
Support technicians with loading/unloading equipment and tools
Perform basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, assembling, and cleaning work areas
Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
Learn trade skills including piping, ductwork, and system setup
Provide a professional and respectful experience to customers
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to learn and work hard in a team environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Gas license preferred (or currently in process of obtaining)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, attics, basements)
