About the role
Join our vibrant team at Bright Interactive as an Entry-Level Marketing Specialist, where you'll dive headfirst into the world of digital marketing and play a crucial role in executing strategic campaigns that captivate audiences and drive tangible results.
Some of what you will do:
* Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative ideas, develop campaign strategies, and refine messaging to effectively communicate brand stories and value propositions.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
* Assist in creating engaging content, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia assets, that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
* Monitor campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data and metrics to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities for optimization, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Support the planning and coordination of events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
* Assist with the management of social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
* Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, maintaining databases, and preparing reports.
What will help you be successful:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* Strong passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to draw actionable insights.
* Prior internship or work experience in marketing or related field preferred.
* Legal authorization to work.
