This role is specifically designed for current Residents/Fellows completing their training in 2025 or 2026, eager to join our dynamic team in the San Francisco/Bay Area.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse patient panel with various medical needs, conducting acute, chronic, and preventative health visits.
  • Treat patients in-person or at testing centers and provide telehealth consultations as needed.
  • Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and various professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate daily with in-office teams and virtual clinical colleagues.
  • Utilize your clinical expertise to perform in-office procedures.
  • Oversee and mentor NP or PA team members.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
  • Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, or have completed a residency within the last year and scheduled for the next available Board Exam.
  • Must have a California state license before your start date with One Medical.

This full-time position will be based in one of our San Francisco/Bay Area offices, with the exact location determined during the interview process based on your preferences and the organization's needs.

At One Medical, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation. The base salary for this position is $308,700 per year, contingent on experience and patient care schedules. Performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefit package are also available to enhance your total compensation.
