Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and guiding customers through the process of selecting the best health insurance plans to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outbound calls.
• Educate clients on health insurance options, helping them understand plan features, benefits, and costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and company products to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support throughout the enrollment process. Maintain detailed records Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required!

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: On average, our Entry Level Sales Representatives earn between $145,000 and $165,000 annually.
