Job Title: Equipment Operator II (Cherry Picker)

Location: 3931 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier CA 90601

SCHEDULE: 1st shift

• Monday - Friday
• 6am- 2:30pm
• OVERTIME= come in earlier + sometimes weekends

Payrate: $19.50

Your role at Michael Kors:

The Equipment Operator II reports to Distribution Center Lead/Supervisor. This member of the Distribution Center team operates lift equipment and performs various general warehouse duties. The individual must have the ability to meet production standards and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following:

• Operates cherry picker in and around warehouse
• Loads and unloads shipments, pallets, etc.
• Pulls product from the warehouse for shipment to the stores
• Elevates and pulls cartons using an order picker on a racking system
• Places shipments on racking systems
• Operates Radio Frequency device
• Wraps orders on pallet for shipment
• Other duties as assigned
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs., push and or pull up to 50 lbs. and ability to stand/walk for 8 to 10 hours.

We're excited about you if you have:

• Preferred six months of experience operating a Raymond Cherry Picker
• Must have prior warehouse or distribution experience
• Must have proven experience using RF scanners
• Must be able to work overtime as deemed necessary by management
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift
• Ability to speak Spanish is preferred
