Epicor System Administrator
Position Summary
Serve as the subject matter expert for the implementation, administration, configuration, and optimization of Epicor Kinetic. This role supports end users, manages system performance, and works cross-functionally to align technology with business processes in manufacturing, finance, inventory, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement, administer and maintain Epicor Kinetic.
• Develop and maintain BAQs, dashboards, BPMs, reports (SSRS), and user security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues and provide Tier 2/3 support to users.
• Collaborate with departments to gather requirements, optimize processes, and support implementations or upgrades.
• Manage integration with third-party systems and tools (e.g., Service Connect, REST APIs).
• Document system configurations, procedures, and workflows.
• Partner with IT to support SQL Server, Windows Server, backups, and maintenance.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and change control processes.
Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server , including writing queries and basic administration.
• Experience with BPMs, BAQs, SSRS reporting , and Epicor security.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and inventory processes .
• Proficiency in Windows Server , IIS , and ERP system integrations .
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Epicor certifications (Tools, Administration, or Customization).
• Experience with Epicor REST API or Service Connect.
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, C#, etc.).
• Exposure to ITIL or project management methodologies.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or custom fabrication environment.
• Experience with EDI.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing processes and lean principles.
• Familiarity with or experience with QuickBooks Enterprise.
