Role Description
We are seeking a driven professional for a full-time epoxy flooring sales role in Los Angeles, California. Techniquex has been in business for 41 years. Techniquex has crews local to Los Angeles, and we are looking to expand. The responsibilities include calling on existing customers, networking with new customers, and looking at projects to quote. We are equipped with fully functional estimating and operations departments, so this position will stay detached from any individual project outside of prospecting and selling. Techniquex’s current close ratio is 67.1%, and we win most of what we bid, and our quality and certifications are second to none. Techniquex also has a $50,000,000 bond line, so we can bond any sized project. Techniquex also has an independent customer survey rating, certified by a 3rd party: 2022 – 99.2%, 2023 – 99.3%, 2024 - 98.2%, 2025 – Coming Soon. Techniquex wants to communicate these details to convey that our floors are not hard to sell, as we are also price competitive.
We have QP8 and QS1 certifications, which is extremely rare. Only 37 contractors have it in the United States and only 3 of those contractors do floors.
