• Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Oregon Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, wills, and trusts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
