Full-Time | Hybrid (Primarily In-Office) | $50,000–$60,000 + Bonus

The Company is a fast-growing Design & Packaging Brand and lifestyle brand based in Midtown Manhattan. We’re seeking a smart, organized, and highly motivated Executive Assistant to the CEO to support a visionary entrepreneur driving innovation and creativity across business, design, and branding.

This is a hybrid role (mainly in-office), perfect for someone with strong administrative skills, a creative edge, and the desire to grow with a purpose-driven company.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the CEO’s schedule, communications, and high-priority projects

• Support day-to-day business operations in retail, wholesale, and branding

• Assist with creative tasks, design projects, and marketing initiatives

• Coordinate presentations, reports, and follow-ups using digital tools

• Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal team members

• Keep business processes organized and running smoothly

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Admin Coordinator

• Experience in a visionary, creative, or entrepreneurial work environment preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Tech-savvy with both Mac and Windows (design or IT skills a plus!)

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Design, Communications, or similar)
