Job Title: Experienced Diesel Technician – Cummins, Doosan, Ingersoll Rand
Location: Odessa, TX and Carlsbad, NM
Pay: $45 to $65 per hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Technician with hands-on experience working with Cummins , Doosan , and Ingersoll Rand engines. This role offers a competitive pay range of $45 to $65 per hour , with overtime available , and includes great benefits like a take-home truck and paid health insurance .
Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and generators from Cummins , Doosan , and Ingersoll Rand .
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on a variety of industrial diesel systems.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to effectively troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure all work meets company standards and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service during field visits and service calls.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on diesel engine experience, specifically with Cummins , Doosan , and Ingersoll Rand .
• Strong knowledge of diesel engine repair and maintenance procedures.
• Experience working with industrial generators and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex engine problems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
