About the Role
UCON Design and Build is seeking a Skilled Cabinet Installer / Finish Carpenter to join our team in Orange County, CA. This full-time position involves installing high-end custom cabinetry , frameless European-style kitchen cabinets , vanities, and built-ins in luxury residential and commercial spaces across Southern California.
Responsibilities
Install custom kitchen cabinets , vanities, built-ins, and millwork to exact specifications.
Read and interpret architectural plans, shop drawings, and blueprints.
Measure, cut, adjust, and fit cabinetry on-site for perfect alignment.
Install soft-close hinges , drawer slides, concealed hardware, and specialty fittings.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and general contractors.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments at all times.
Requirements
Minimum 24 months of experience in cabinet installation , finish carpentry , or millwork installation .
Skilled in the precision use of woodworking hand and power tools.
Knowledge of metric system measurements and European assembly standards.
Ability to travel to various job sites throughout San Diego County and Southern California.
